These people are running a scam. They claim to be technicians from Microsoft and claim that your computer has notified them that your computer is infected and are willing (for a price) to help you dis-infect it. (YOur computer will never contact Microsoft) They will inturn though download a virus to your computer IF you give them access (DO NOT) and charge you to remove it. They also use the phone number of 213 333 3206 with ID of: MGL BRO. This is a re-direct call from India. When you tell them it is a scam they get really obnoxious and will swear at you.
They claim to be technicians from Microsoft and claim that your computer has notified them that your computer is download programs that will cause problems in my computer and that they would like to help me solve it. I said nope...I'll take care of any problems myself.
