Who called from 4158831237

Yes, I get a call regularly and have for months.  I call back and the "number" has been disconnected.  I plan to call Comcast about it and see if they can permanently block the number?!?

I answered and NO ONE  was there! So what is the point. My caller ID also said Juan Perez Tell

I too live in Marin county and have received calls several times a week from this Juan Perez Tell...how can we stop him/it from calling?

Well, count me in--I also live in Novato.  "Juan Perez Tell" keeps calling me, too, from 415-883-1237.  When I call back, I get the message that the number as been disconnected. The 883-
prefix indicates the southern area of Novato.  What gives??
