Spoke to a person saying that someone is taking me to small claims and that they have attempted to contact me several times. The caller said they had repeatedly sent me documents pertaining to the matter and that someone will show up at my house today from 12-6pm to deliver these documents. He couldn't tell me what it was regarding or who would be taking me to court. Gave me 844-228-6594 for their legal dept to get more details. I've never received documents for anything like this...I don't have a history that would require me being sued for any reason.
Have received 4 calls in the space of the last week from this number. Have not left a voicemail.
I dont answer numbers I don't recognize. Leave me a message and I'll get back to you. Keep calling and dont leave a message, is a pretty sure fire way to get blocked. If the other posting is to go by (JustMe on 10/14/15) it seems like it some scare mongery/scam call.
Received a call from them. They asked for James. When I said "James who?", because I have son named James, they gave me a different last name than his. I told them they had the wrong number. They were rude and sounded dumb.
Received calls stating I was being taken to court in a county I lived in 20 yrs, I don't have neg credit that would warrant this.
Stating I gad 2 hrs and I would be served,
They refused to give me the company they were calling with, I called the county courts and they stated the have no records or request for me.
Its a SCAM!
