its a bill collector they call us everyday sometimes from a 916 area code. But its an automatic voice dialer so when you answer and say hello it routes the call to a bill collector. But if they are all on calls then it just stays silent on your end until someone answers on their end. very annoying and they will keep calling once or twice a day. I just answer and then end the call.

These folks have been calling my number for the last 2.5 years looking for someone who had this number previously. In spite of explaining that, yes, this is my number but I have no knowledge of this person and asking that they stop calling, the calls continue. Enough is enough!
Called my elderly mother who lives in assisted living. Scared her with all the personal information they had about her. She hung up. I called them and they said they were an energy company reaching out to PGE customers. They agreed to take her off the call list.
