Called but did not leave message (I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize). Looked up on reverse and found out it is a land line in Marin County, CA. Other than that, not a clue - Blocked.

Just recieved call from this number. Lady with thick foreign accent. Said from Education Shortcuts. Told them to not call again. Another # for reject and do not call list.
