I answered and they said they were Medi-Cal. Then they asked me if I had any pain in my shoulders. I said I didn't. Then they asked if I experienced any Diabetic symptoms. They claimed that they had questions about my prescriptions. I think it was a survey, so I hung up.
The operator called regarding diabetic test results I am not diabetic and I asked where they got my number they would not tell me. After asking twice about the name of the company the caller said "Medical Service Group".
When I answered, they announced themselves as a 'medical group' but declined to say which one. Since I am on a private health plan I asked what this was regarding and they asked if I was on Medicare. Since I am not familiar with their group and have excellent medical insurance and, once again, informed them that I have a private health plan, they thanked me and hung up. I ALWAYS identify quickly and hang up on those who don't respond.
