Didn't take the time to determine if this was a recording or live.
"Hello, this is Josh from Customer Service!  You have been selected to receive a free vacati... "   (I hung up at this point)
Apparently, a spoofed number.  Appeared to be a local call.  Same area code and prefix as mine.
I see this a lot on my wife's and my cell phones.  Incoming junk calls from the same area code and prefix as our phones.
