I get calls from this number at least 4 times a week. They call my desk, ask for my CEO and are then SUPER rude when I won't connect then to him. One rep told me that I could just, "give over his cell number." Yeah right babe. They're RUDE, rediculously persistant, and think that being a complete jerk will help me put them through to my boss.
Turns out they're an IT recruiting firm in SF. Guess who we WON'T be using.
