Received the same type of call on 12-15-2011, except he was looking for information on my daughter who is 22. Said she won a random drawing and also a car. Due to the confidential nature of the winnings, he wanted me to have her call him back - fat chance! Called again in the afternoon and I just ignored the call! Suggest you do the same.
DON'T call the (876) areacode! it's a mobile phone provider in Jamaica! These calls can be expensive and these people are nothing but trouble.
Tell them you are recording the call and DO IT! They do not want you to record them and will leave you alone when they know your going to turn the recording over to law enforcement.
