They have called twice. It sounds like a female phone robot voice that is very hard to understand. Offering to make a loan that is preapproved, which is not happening since I didn't apply for one and that is the first red-flag. Anyway, I assume it is a total scam to pull in people who are in desperate need of funds. Annoying but typical junk-phone-scam-scum-calls!
If these people called you, you can be 100% certain your personal information is floating around between these online thieves. With that said, please, never respond or call these people back. It will only validate your personal information to be sold to other thieves. It's a vicious cycle, and you can become an easy target. STAY AWAY!
