Received a call on my personal cellphone which I did not answer as I didn't recognize the phone number displayed. Called the number back directly a few minutes later and encountered a rapid busy signal, pretty sure that indicates a phishing phone number.
I have been receiving calls from this number. I called them from a landline several times & it says that this number is not in service. How can this be???
