Same thing, but interestingly enough, they addressed me by my first name, so it seemed possibly valid. And the 415 area code is near to me, I have family/friends there, so it seemed plausible. Luckily, I visited the link with my iPhone (which is immune to that sort of virus) and not with my PC (which is not).
