Called my land line 3 times last night… 6:58pm, 6:59pm and 7:00pm. Caller ID said "HEWLETT PACKARD".
I wasn't home so the calls at met my answering machine.
I don't know anyone in San Francisco, and don't own any Hewlett Packard products.
Also, a web search brought up the fact that it's a WIRELESS (cell) number and has been associated with at least 2 different people (a woman named Elena Curnyn and a woman named Nancy Day, both in San Francisco.
Could be a wrong number (but why call THREE times? Isn't 2 sufficient to realize you hit a wrong number?).
I'm thinking it's probably like those Microsoft spoofs...
