I got a lot of calls from this number, and finally got annoyed so I called them back.
They put you 'on hold' for the next available operator, and when he / she comes on line they say they need to ask you questions before they pass you to the customer service rep.
Her first question was "who am I speaking to?" And I said "The wrong person - I don't own a car!!"
She promised to take me off their list, we'll see what happens.....
keep getting called by several numbers twice a week or so about the warranty thing. not impressed. never answer it but they leave voicemails at times. does one have to be on the do-not-call list in canada to get this to stop?
I get it everyday at least twice. I'm with Bell Mobility (I know I know). I NEVER got SPAM calls until I renewed my service with Bell. I'm beginning to wonder if they sell their subscriber list.
I've tried blocking via my cell carrier and they won't do it- this number has called repeatedly & i've had the same long distance from the states- mostly California about car warranty
