Unknown, call no message... 2nd time getting a random 000 number.

Didn't pick this up at 11:40 this morning. Number looks shifty.

i've gotten called by this number too - twice this week.
I did not pick up. No voice mail.
i didn't even know a "000" number could even exist??
wondering what this is - most likely a scam.
i'm with rogers wireless.
