Ignored it,  they left no message

They called my land line and never hung up, now my land line is sitting unusable.  Wtf???

Obviously a telemarketer or scammer. I spoke in Spanish then French, They hung up.

I picked up to hear someone say "F--k"! (Makes me wonder what they were selling.) I carefully hung up the phone but not before I let a nice long ripper into the receiver.
