Hey - just had a call from 4161102355 - it was "Bell Canada" offering their $97 package promo for TV+Home Phone+Fibe25 Internet.
I kept them on the line for 33 minutes and was passed from Minion to Minion and got up to their Supervisor and then Manager. Each time the price slowly increasing with less services.. They had the wrong address, amazing services available in the area, very bad advice on how Fibre works, everything. Unfortunately, I heard some applause in the background of someone signing up... Who does that in a professional call center???
Called Bell Canada after to check, there is no such package, and half the services in my area are not available. They had the right address, and their marketing team will have this information, so DO NOT sign up for anything. They claimed it was more than likely a scam. All phone calls from Bell Canada have a Caller ID signal and will show BELL CANADA if they call out.
