Even after I blocked the number, it still rings at least twice and the calls come every day.
Nobody is on the line and when I try to call back it is answered by a machine;:
"You reached the Border Outreach Centre for Prime Minister Stephen Harpers Conservative Party, please leave your name and number after the tone and we will return the call"
