We are on the Canadian do not call list, and have been for quite some time. So someone identifying herself as Rachael called from 647-846-9919 and wanted to know if I am willing to sell our home. Asked her which brokerage she is with and she said Remax on Willowdale Avenue in North York. There is only one Remax on Willowdale and so it is time to add another complaint to this list.

This morning we received another Sales call by Estelle (416-648-4144) from RE/MAX REALTRON REALTY. We NEVER had any business dealings with Estelle Herscu, RE/MAX, or her brokerage. AGAIN Estelle Herscu was asked:
- To remove our number from ALL her phone lists.
- Add our phone number to their DO-NOT-CALL-LIST.
- Follow the law and respect the Canadian DO-NOT-CALL-LIST (our number has been on the Canadian DO-NOT-CALL-LIST for years and we add our number to the Canadian DO-NOT-CALL-LIST every January.
Calling to see if we like to sell is NOT a Survey, it is a Sales call and thus illegal under the Do-Not-Call legislation!
NOTE: The long pause and silence before Estelle responded after I answered the phone suggests Estelle is using predictive dialer software.
