I received a call from this number it is a scam I think?

They have called about a subscription for Design Project News, her name is Lovely..

Called about continuing Truck News magazine I currently receive.

Have called my cell a couple of times in past 2 weeks, I don't answer and they don't leave a message.
Vancouver, B.C.

Called twice, she said 'good afternoon, i'm looking for ---" then the phone went silent. She called back again, said the same thing and the call went silent again. Annoying.
