Got a call fr this # & another # (same 6 digit prefix of 416-244-???? -- just last 4 digits can change) in 2 days' time. They are desperate for clothing donations as they seem to call my home every 3-4 months with their seemingly unending extensions to avoid call-blocking, poss. to take advantage of seasonal changes when households may get rid of old/unwanted clothes. Clothing donation is a very lucrative business, as charities may not give these away to the disenfranchised, but SELL to other agencies, private enterprises, 3rd world (not as donation to the poor) consumers--> a Macleans, Newsweek or TIME (can't recall) magazine or major Canadian newspaper had done a piece on this--literally a multi-million dollar (or a-billion by now) venture! Below are thus far, all the #'s OFCP has used to telemarket households (they may/may not 'recycle' these #s):

Thanks for listing all their #s. They've been calling me from 2 of those #s the past 2 days, even though I thought I had them blocked long ago. Now I know I only blocked 2 of their other #s. It's hopeless! I've told them to remove my # from their list, but that did nothing. If they think they can harass me enough to eventually donating something to them, they've got rocks in their heads!
I hope no one donates anything to them & they can go straight to Hell!
