It's the Ontario Federation of Cerebral Palsy calling for household and clothing item donations to their charity. They call frequently and NEVER leave a message, obviously using robo-callers. Calling back is useless, the number is always busy, busy harassing other household no doubt. I tried calling their 416-244-9686, Lawrence Ave W number to request placement on their "do not call" list. Big surprise, "all their attendants, were busy," ah huh, and I was asked to leave a message. I did, asking that my name be taken off their list…..will see what happens, not very hopeful.
Very, very annoying. We have told our children to ignore all incoming calls that do not have a caller ID they know. Today, my 11 year old accidentally picked up "OFCP Toronto" because he thought it might be me. There was noone of the other end but a repetitive acornym that he thought was very important. So he called in a panic with a "very" important message that he thought I must hear. He thought it was urgent and called me in a panic. Pathetic waste of everyone's time.
