eteaminc - they do random keyword searches on resumes they find on Monster and Workopolis, then send out spam "recruiting" emails and phone calls hoping to find a candidate they can turn around and flog to the employer.  In many cases the jobs aren't even remotely relevant.   Although they have a Canadian address and number, the operation is in India.
