They send regular post mail with offers or upgrades to our existing accounts. They (Rogers) don't need to ask us what internet provider we use or what package we have - they already know that for us Roger's customers.
It's not like they're a small company who needs to do cold-calling. This is a scam - Also Rogers has a telephone marketing department which we can request to be opted out of. If and when they do call, they already know us by name and have our account details - no need to ask as if they don't know.
