Who called from 4163091900

This number just call here at 9:30 pm, what this is? I have not answered because this number was unknown to me.

Right off the top, it announces that your number has been entered into a cruise something.  I hung up within a couple of seconds.

Definitely don't answer it.  I suspect they are trying to find valid phone numbers to crank call.

I also got 3 calls from 011-929-65 yesterday.  It isn't even a valid phone number.  I suspect these are the same people.

no one talks when you answer

Delay when I answered.  Hung up immediately.

They called and did not leave a message.  I am on the do not call list and this needs to stop.
