They called me on my cell phone. I picked up at second ring, thingking it must be my friend who just flew to Ontario. they hung up on me just after I said "Hello".
It's a third party company called SimPro calling on behalf of CIBC VISA trying to sell you services. If you call back the number and hit "1" you will be unsubscribed.
We keep getting calls from 416-332-9293 twice daily...at 11am approximately and again 4:30 pm. There is never anyone there when we answer even if we wait for several minutes. There is no background noise in the call...just silence. How do we get this to stop? We work shift work but must answer the phone for emergencies (and cannot simply just unplug the phone when we need to sleep) How can we stop these calls from happening? Ideas?
Buy a call blocker device or get one of the newer phones with call blocking! I understand panasonic makes one now with built in call blocking, however, the call blocking device may be cheaper. Amazon has several blockers listed.
