Same experience. Extreeeemely rude and unprofessional. The guy was badgering me and suggesting he can freeze my third party bank accounts. I DID in fact record most of the first conversation and the all of the second. I tried to get him to repeat as much as possible also. I have taken this up with the supervisor but we will have to complain to the government to get any where.
