Did not leave a message and when I looked online got all these odd things about it being some kind of time or pressure conversion constant. So, I'm adding it to 800 notes so people know that someone is spoofing a phone number with this constant. I did not answer nor try calling back, so have no idea what spam-a-lots these are.

I called this number back and it went to voicemail for someone named James. Oddly, I just got a call yesterday from a similar number, 412 368 0000, and it was blocked because I had blocked my number. I find it interesting though since the two numbers are similar. I wonder if poor regular folks actually have these numbers and are getting calls from people because someone is calling out using them for spamming purposes.
