The comments made regarding this phone number are false. The person that made this comment was a client of the company and he committed fraud against Moneybay. The reason this post was made is to give a negative impact on the company and the CEO as a form of retaliation after this client went bankrupt.
The contract that Moneybay had with this person was for a series of loans adding up to $150,000. After said client was not able to pay the amount loaned the company took legal action and the client went bankrupt.
Therefore, the statements made about this company and about this phone number were set in an attempt to harm the reputation of both the company and the CEO. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be corrected or if this post could be eliminated from the database.
Getting calls from 416-859-5900 for Moneybay Inc. and Easy Bank, cell phone not office line so that owner can say things and not worry about people listening to conversations. Very direct collection approach. Please report to Vaughan Police if you fall into this situation.
Yeah I can confirm that it is an automated number generated by skype, I was bored so i called my cell phone from skype the other day and this was the number that came up.
All you people are wrong. The culprits are using a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) service and are using illegal software to 'forge' their Caller Identification (Caller ID) signal. This makes it impossible to identify the actual number of the caller and thereby impossible to trace to a telecommunications provider. Your best recourse is to contact your telecommunications provider and block that number. Rogers for example has a service called 'Anonymous Caller Call Block' and another called 'Call Block'. Since I subscribed to these services, our dinner hour is quiet and peaceful with no telemarketers disturbing our meal. When we actually do receive a call from one of these scam artists, we simply hang up and then dial '*60' and then '#01#' to block that caller from ever calling us again.
