They were really helpful and helped me fix a virus.
First, they were kind enough to tell me about the viruses I have in my computer. Then they downloaded software to fix the virus, and I ran it and it fixed the virus by wiping it off my computer along with all my other unwanted data.
Why, it even wiped my web browser. Then it wiped my email. Then my online banking. It wiped everything. I mean to say, it wiped OUT everything. I had to throw the computer in a garbage bag and put it out to the road.
Next I got a Mac and now the viruses are gone. So, in a way, they fixed my virus problem.
