I got a call from United Kingdom. How it's possible?

Just got a call from 416 361 0431 to my direct office line, it was a fax m/c

09/01/08: Rec'd call from this #, seemingly endless ringing, didn't answer. It -might- be being used as a routing # for VOIP calls... but I wouldn't know. I make it a point to ~NEVER~ answer #s I do not recognize. If it is a legit call they will leave a voice mail and I will call 'em back. All others? Delete/ignore.

i got the call from this number too , the woman said that she is Bank of Montreal . And then i gave her my info ,now i think i was kinda stupid . Can anyone tell me if it is real ?

received call from this number today around 9am, no one talking on other end then disconnect, WHAT THE HELL
