Scam. Claims my computer is sending messages and is infected. Indian guy from Canada, can hear people talking in background. I asked him what computer are you talking about...I have 4....he had to backtrack and try to cover up. Block them.
My girlfriend is in China. This was a call from a VOIP (voice over IP). She called me from a cyber cafe directly from a computer using a headset. Other people calling using the same IP phone may have the same caller ID.
I received a call from this number at 1 am Toronto time. The caller ID says "416-364-1111". I tried 411.ca for reverse lookup, and it said that it is an outgoing call only.
