Yup - I politely answer, and quickly but politely explain I have hot water heating and therefore do not have air ducts (because the person is calling from a Third World sweatshop call centre and it would not be fair for me to waste their time when they could be making a more profitable living elsewhere) ... And the POS hangs up without saying a word.
