It's Tann research/Headcount. They're a research firm in Toronto that conducts focus groups. I've been to two focus groups by them.

They called my office and left a voicemail asking me to visit their website to conduct a survey.   I suspect they are simply using the info to see who is hiring so they can pass that on to employment agencies.
