Got a call from this number this afternoon. Call it back and the message say there is no service for this number. Well, maybe just another collection agent looking for a delinquent account holder which live in the same building before. It's a condominium, you think someone would sold their unit and ask a stranger to buy and hold another unit up stair or down stair for them, so he/she can Live in the same building and can avoid making a payment. really? If this is you, would you do that? Also, if you want to hide from your creditor, would you tell anyone that live in the same building? will you ever do that?
Why don't you do something productive instead. Use the social media(facebook, twitter..etc) to look for the person that you are trying to reach or contact. By harassing former neighbors just live in the same building, that show you are desperate, illogical and unintelligent to handle such task.
