Called yesterday and today asking for homeowner to set up 15 minute appointment for visual inspection of furnace and A/C unit so I said I do not need this.  Referenced some maintenance service but I think it is a scam to enter the home and then tell those who do not know any better about major repairs or not complying with "code" so the need to do work so they do not report you.  What can they tell in 15 minutes.  It is clearly a scam in my view.  I have blocked the number.
