Called but left no message, must be duct cleaners

I get a call from this duct cleaning number, at least that is what "they" say they are. The caller has a heavy Indian accent and calls everyday around near noon. I've asked them to stop calling but today he said he wouldn't stop, and he refused to get off my line. I told it amounted to harassment and he just laughed. What can I do?

I got a call today from this # and they were pretending to be Bell Canada. When I asked a few questions they hung up.

We received three calls yesterday and another today.  A man with an Indian accent said he was from Bell Rogers and there was a promotion he wanted to talk about.  We told him to stop calling but he persists in doin so.
