Called Nov.26/13 during dinner hour; Call Display says "Toronto & York Region" in short form with T:416-441-3203. No message was left. Tried Canada 411 Reverse Lookup for both Business and Personal listing - no such number found; tried here and Googled the number - no 'listing found' (unless I pay for it).
I thought perhaps a municipal number - but those would all be listed; so I have no idea who this is, and I get so many scam calls that I'm not calling it to find out who it 'might be'. *69 indicates its a real number, not computer dialed.
Real Estate agents browse old listings and call numbers trying to get business (extremely annoying); they use their cell phones so the brokerage can pretend they didn't know about these privacy violations - perhaps one of them??
