Typical telemarketing call centre - background noise and pause before the caller starts the spiel.  When he asked how I was doing I responded with "Annoyed.  You are calling before 9am on a Sunday and my phone number is on the Doctor Not Call Registry.  He disconnected the call immediately after that.
