Got a call from this number in the afternoon. Call it back and the message say there is no service for this number. Well, maybe just another collection agent looking for a delinquent account holder which live in the same building before. It's a condominium, you think someone will sold their unit and buy another unit up stair or down stair in the same building, just to avoid making a payment. really? If this is you, would you do that? If you want to hide from your creditor, will you tell anyone that live in the same building where you are going to hide?
Why don't you do something productive instead. Use the social media(facebook, twitter..etc) to look for the person that you are trying to reach or contact. By harassing former neighbor just live in the same building, that show you are desperate, illogical and unintelligent to handle such task.
