Received the same message today. Funny thing is I answered the call half way through and said hello, but he kept talking. It was a recorded message, not even a person. His recording sounds like it's an actual person leaving a message. He claimed to be "Officer" Parker with all the other similar threats others have noted and also wished me good luck.
Got the same message people here are posting. This Parker guy from CRA wants me to call back immediately or my lawyer lol . I wonder what Parker would do if my lawyer actually called but the number doesn't work any way. I tried it out of curiosity . I hope no one is falling for this BS!
This # is a phone scam,our local police have been informed about the call and they knew about this scam already been used on so many,and hard to believe that some fell for the scam and had their identity stolen and lost thousands of dollars,so hang up and report the call instantly to the police,these scammers are giving a Toronto # that can't be detected...they are from overseas idiots
