This is CBV Collections, they called me and wouldn't reveal who they were without my birthdate and my last two addresses for verification. I am extremely wary normally and refuse to reveal any information but for some stupid reason I did this time because I was being told it was an urgent matter and they required it to release any information. Apparently they say they are calling on collections for Human Services Daycare (of which is supposedly a government service that I never did partake nor did I ever hear of) and that I had a balance owing that just went to collections that seemed to never have appeared in my mail, never called me on the phone (which my current number is new as of last summer, which is over 1.5 years past the alleged due date of the bill) so.... I am calling the government agencies tomorrow to verify, if this was a scam then I will have to report it to all the agencies that handle identity theft. This is ridiculous!
