Legitimate call from Toronto Hydro. 1 reasons. Changing to once a month billing. Inviting us to switch from mail paper bill delivery to electronic e-mail. She gave me website, torontohydro.com and said I could view my bill on-line, but still keep getting it as a paper mail record.
I had a call from 416 542 8000 my account is under my fathers name and he had passed away last year... The representitive told me that the mailing address was returned, I told him to send the bill out again because I still live at the same adress. At this point the representitive got very irate and said that he can not give me any info on the file... They refuse to send out another bill to me unless my dad calls in or I have to put my name on the account, I have no problem putting my name on it but I just want to pay my bill any suggestions how I can get these guys to give me my balance, they are refusing to send me a letter and I really dont want my power turned off...
Received a call from this #, only caught the last part of the recording that says to call them. Did a reverse look up and found a message from Toronto Hydro 'If you have to report an outage, please call 416-542-8000.' Guess it's their power outage line. However, this is a work number and we don't receive Hydro bills to our office. It's paid through the building management of this business center.
Got a call from 416 542 8000. Asked for a person I do not know. Told him he had the wrong number. He called back 16 times. I do not live in Toronto and never have. Never had a hydro bill in my name.
