Very annoying caller. Late nights is usual time for them. We don't answer, they don't leave message. Whatever it is they want, they won't get it from us. They ignore the fact that we are on 'do not disturb' listings. Would like to know how to report them for the calling violations. Any ideas please ?

Calls at least twice a day - I don't answer as I do not the caller
since display reads OUT-OF AREA - from what I've read, sounds like unwanted call - I know I don't appreciate it.....
A lady called, she asked to speak to the person 18 y/o in the house. I said it was me. She told me she was doing a garbage disposal survey. She asked if I lived in a house or apartment. I told her an apartment. She then told me this concludes our survey, thanks for your time. WFT?
