I just got this call and when I answered there was no one there on the line it was silent.

Just got this call and the line is absolutely silent, with no answers after about ten seconds, then the line went dead.

Same, it looks like it is targeting nationals since after couple of seconds it started to speak a female voice in my mother tongue just until I responded back and then........silence. I do have a very obvious last name in the phonebook.................strange........
