Call came in while I was out Tuesday, Oct 20, 2:15 pm. Call display showed 1-416-572-0054 "Out of Area". Hang up on answering machine for same day and time. Tried to call number. Bell message said not a long distance number. Called again as local number and connected to a message that I was calling "Strategic Communications", a representative of "not for profit" agencies. There was an option to have my number removed from calling list so I provided my number (but not my name)and told them that the number was on the "national do not call list". Will wait and see if it did any good. If not, I will report to NDNC.
