Constant hang ups on my voice mail from 416-572-0056. Did a reverse look up of the number and got a postal code, did a reverse look up of the postal code and got the following:

2nd call received from this organization around 9:00 pm tonight on behalf of oxfam; not oxfam itself but a pushy telemarketer. Had called back after the first call at 9:17 pm a few days ago despite my request to be placed on their "immediate" do not call list, but here is the same guy calling again. Company name whrn you call the number back is Strategic Communications but do not call request has seemingly been ignored.
