This is the first unwanted call to bother getting past my IVR since I went to a whitelist approach to eliminating spam a few months ago. So, kudos for the live human capable of pressing buttons to leave a message. Jeers for ignoring the national and state DNC registries.
As much as I'd love to know how to make my year the most "self-managing" one yet, he didn't actually know the name of the person or business he was calling, nor did he have any clearly articulated service to offer. A quick web search turned up the website of this business filled with the same meaningless buzzwords left on the message below.
