I just had my second sleepless night thanks to call from these numbers. It's a different number every time and half of them are 'private' or 'unknown'. I called the RBC number and they are going to 'investigate'. While I hope this will stop the calls for me, I have no faith that the problem will be fixed. Has anyone else had RBC look into this? Can you post what was said?

My aunt had a fax sent to me from RBC and we got the fax and all was well, except they kept trying to send it, every 5 minutes, for over an hour! So I googled the number, and ended up here. I called the number Lesley said she had called and spoke with a lady, she was very nice and said she would have it cancelled immediately, so far no more phone calls, that was just this afternoon! I'll let you know if it starts up again!
It seems that I have been able to stop the calls from this number:416 591 9205 and also from the number 416 591 9440. However, the number I said to phone in an earlier submission is not the way the Royal bank wants people to solve this problem. well, the calls haven't stopped coming. I, my husband and my 2yr old son was woken up this morning at 4:45am with the phone ringing from this number. 416 591 9205 & 416 591 9440 It is very annoying and I called the 1 800 number and I am waiting to hear what she has to say.
