This person call from overseas ! Probably from africa !Nigeria ?
It is some kind of nigerian scam , ask your ph provider for call screaning feature and block this number
this number called our house more then 20 times, even on Saturday night. He was advertising duct cleaning, when i finally asked to speak to the manager he told me he has not time to transfer me. He put someone else on (obviously not a manager, probably his buddy) then finally they promised not to call.
Call received at 1:32 pm call had a lot of static unable to really hear guy speaking. Might have said something about internet but not really sure. I ended up hanging up because I could not hear him.
Just got the call now on both my phone lines (listed under the same surname). Allied Duct Cleaning. I said can you take me off your list please? He said "no actually". I'm on the DNC list.

When my sister answered he said he loved her, which is pretty creepy
When you phone the number it says "We're sorry the number you have reached is not in service". It's sooo creepy you cannot even understand what he is saying! When he asked for my parents I said they were busy and he said "doing what". Isn't like illegal to ask a kid what your parents are doing.
